I had to get a root canal done and Brian Quesnell was my endodontist here. I get very nervous for dental appointments and he was very calming and kind. I greatly appreciated it and highly recommend him!

I was asked to leave a review of my experience. As I don’t leave many reviews, I’m amazed how many ignorant people just say the stupid stuff and try to hurt a practice and a Dr who is one trying to make a living and also taking care of people who are in pain and need work. I was one of these people in excruciating pain and was able to be seen the same day I called. They were able to verify my insurance and yes I still had to pay out of pocket but they were able to work with me and get me a crown and root canal completed fast. Dr. Ybarra is so gentle, kind and quick. I’ve been to dentist where I was there for over 3 to 4 hours for one crown. I was able to get out of pain and and get a crown less than an hour. She has found a patient for life and I will be bringing my whole family here. The girls in the front and the one that took my X-rays were so kind and caring.

I moved recently from San Diego to North County and I am so glad I found Oceanside Modern Dentistry and Dr. Ybarra and her excellent staff ! I am very particular about my Dr's and Dentists. Dr Ybarra is very skilled and serious about her work. She helped me with everything I needed, (same day crown, 2 fillings) and lots of helpful information for moving forward and taking care of my teeth. She also has the most up to date treatments I have seen and the office is very modern and clean. The front desk was also able to schedule me for a deep cleaning shortly after which is really needed after moving and being in between dentists. Janice has been super helpful navigating all the different procedure and options with insurance. I have also recently had a visit with Dr Yuen for periodontal work, which I wish I would've known about sooner. Dr Yuen is also amazing and I'm so grateful Dr Ybarra referred me and has access to such an excellent specialist available in house. They are very patient and friendly and helpful and basically have been completely handling a bunch of issues I have. I couldn't be happier with my treatment here and highly recommend if you are looking for serious competent dental care.
